As already explained, Eduship's schedule is as unique as it is overdue! The need to redefine a child's education as such however, must be grounded in a clear and concise weekly school calendar - included here below. This illustrates how the 4 Eduship sails are flown every week, as scheduled into their different daily components (or disciplines), break times and holiday times.
Eduship at heart, is a privately owned, community based, future school solution. One of the key elements of any normal school, is naturally premises and facilities, which also constitute primary cost drivers. Accordingly, Eduship has devised an innovative solution to counter this, by commissioning a fleet of 4 Eduboats or dual purpose residential properties. These 4 properties, one owned by the Dadmaster, and 3 by his Chiefmates, host the Eduship crew of 40, in 4 (graded) groups of 10, based on the Eduship schedule included above.
Each Chiefmate is a parent of a learner at Eduship, and able to make their personal residence (which must be walking distance from the Dadmaster's residence) available as a scholarship classroom (Monday - Thursday; 8 - 2pm), as well as act as a learner facilitator. All 4 Eduship Chiefmates are remunerated (based on a fixed % of school revenue) for their services, as well as receiving a 25% discount on their child's tuition fees. Accordingly, the Dadmaster and his 4 Chiefmates constitute the staff component of each Eduship, and are fully responsible for the smooth and efficient sailing of each future school.
