We are currently reworking our market offering, to better meet the needs of parents and learners alike...
As we know very well, especially in South Africa, a great plan or strategy, without great execution, is a great waste of time. The execution engine room for Eduship's future schools is its Dadmasters. Simply put, without great dadmasters there will be no great future schools.
There are 3 hats that every Eduship Dadmaster is very comfortable wearing. These hats represent the 3 core functions or roles that every Dadmaster plays, each with their unique set of traits or attributes. But just before we present these hats, let's talk about the heart. Each Dadmaster has a heart (love) for 3 things in particular;
The 3 hats below can only be worn by a man who 1st possesses these 3 loves in his heart. And it is these 3 hats, that help provide the operating framework, for every Eduship Dadmaster...

That depends... The more learners enrolled in a future school, the more money there is for salaries, which constitutes approximately 62.5% of school fees. For example, a future school with 36 learners paying R1600 (average) school fees per month = R61,650 turnover x 62.5% = R38,5k for salaries (and using a 60/40 split between the Dadmaster and his 4 Chiefmates) equates to;
*R28,420 Dadmaster salary (incl. benefits)
Assuming R8k household rental expense
Assuming 2 kids attending Eduship
*includes the following Dadmaster benefits:
50% school fee discount
40% rental subsidy (where personal residence and school premises are shared)
R500 data / internet stipend
*R4,353 Chiefmate stipend
Assuming 2 kids attending Eduship
*includes the following Chiefmate benefits:
25% school fee discount
